Pursuant to Florida House Bill 197 (“HB 197”), massage establishments in Florida must maintain legible client records including:
The date, time, and type of service or treatment provided;
The full legal name of the employee who provided the service;
The full legal name, home address, and telephone number of the client.
To comply with these requirements, we request that all clients bring a valid photo ID showing their full legal name and current home address. Failure to do so may result in delay or inability to provide services.
3.2 Advertising Practices
Prohibited Advertising Platforms: We do not advertise on any medium or website known to promote prostitution or other illegal activities.
Accurate Representation: All services we describe online are professional, therapeutic massage services. We do not offer or condone illicit or sexual services.
3.3 Employee Information
Staff or therapist information shown on the Site is shared responsibly and in accordance with privacy regulations.
All massage therapists hold valid state licenses or certifications as required by law.
3.4 Zero Tolerance Policy
We strictly prohibit any unlawful activities, including solicitation or human trafficking. Any unlawful conduct will result in immediate termination of services and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
4. Intellectual Property Rights

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees per our cancellation policy.

Effective July 1, 2024, pursuant to Florida House Bill 197, we are required to collect and maintain legible client records, including your full legal name, home address, and telephone number, as well as the date, time, and type of service provided. Please bring a valid photo ID that includes your full legal name and current address. We appreciate your cooperation.
